Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any categorized post under compassionate ground, by considering the Educational qualification possessed by the petitioner and in light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28670 of 2011 dated 27.01.2014. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition and he has given a letter to the Registry, in which he states that, since the proposal has been sent to the Collector for consideration for compassionate appointment, the petitioner has given instruction to withdraw it, however with liberty to approach this Court if any grievance arises in future.

2. With the above said liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by recording the said submission and letter given by the learned counsel for the petitioner. No Costs.
