ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition and he has given a letter to the Registry, in which he states that, since the proposal has been sent to the Collector for consideration for compassionate appointment, the petitioner has given instruction to withdraw it, however with liberty to approach this Court if any grievance arises in future.
