[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The proceedings of the third respondent, dated 28.04.2023, is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. A careful perusal of the impugned proceedings shows that it is only an internal communication sent by the Tahsildar, Ramanathapuram Taluk to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rameshwaram, Ramanathapuram District, to ensure that no further construction activities are carried on and no law and order problem is taken place in the subject place. Further, it is seen that there is no adverse order passed against the petitioner. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, if any adverse action is taken, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. [D.K.K., J.] [R.V., J.] 06.03.2024 NCC :
