Prayer in W.P(MD)No.18055 of 2018: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to4 to constitute a Second Medical Board on the basis of the Petitioner's appeal dated 5.10.2017 and the proceedings of the third respondent dated 1.3.2018 in Na.Ka.No.B1/54150/2017 for medical examination and to get medical opinion from the Second Medical Board within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Govt.Pleader COMMON ORDER When the matters have been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the request of the Petitioners have been acceded to by communications, dated 16.2.2018 and 13.11.2017 respectively, to constitute a Second Medical Board.
2.The learned counsel for the Petitioners would contend that a suggestion alone has been given, whereas, no Second Medical Board has been constituted. In view of the above communications, dated 16.2.2018 and 13.11.2017, this Court expects the respondents concerned to constitute a Second Medical Board within a period of
one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to take a final decision in the issue on hand within a period of two weeks thereafter from the date of constitution of Second Medical Board.
3.With the above directions, the Writ Petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
