2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that as against the abovesaid order of this Court, SLP has been filed by the 7th respondent in the writ petition vide Special Leave to Appeal No.23642/2025, wherein by order dated 25.08.2025, the Hon'ble Supreme Court while dismissing the SLP, 2/4

granted liberty to the petitioner therein to seek recall of the order or to seek review the same.

3. In view of the same, the contempt does not arise. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
