ORDER

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition for restoration of water connection.

2. In response to the Writ Petition, the second respondent has issued a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.565/2019/,1, dated 01.11.2019, wherein, it is stated that water connection for the petitioner was not disconnected, but, some repair works were carried on. Now, the repair works were completed and the petitioner is also getting water through that tap connection. The letter of the second respondent/Commissioner, Thiruthangal Municipality, is taken on file.
