O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to complete the enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 15.04.2025 to the third respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's earlier complaint was closed after enquiry and now, again he sent the present representation and the same is under consideration with the third respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in 2/5

accordance with law.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.

5.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the third respondent, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry upon the third respondent's complaint along with the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
