ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 26.03.2019 and consequently direct the fourth respondent to issue 'Postal Registration Certificate' for the petitioner for the period 2019-2020 on the basis of Form-1 & Form-2 (Renewal of 'Postal Registration Certificate') dated 01.03.2019.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
