PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.849, Home (Tr.VII) Department dated 13.12.2011 and quash the same as illegal.

2. Accordingly, the instant Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. However, the enquiry is pending before the District Legal Services Authority at Nagercoil in D3124/2019/KKDLSA/Dated 16.09.2019 may continue and the withdrawal of these writ petitions should not have any bar to the proceedings by the District Legal Services Authority, Kannyakumari District at Nagercoil.
3. The objections have raised by the learned counsel for the impleading party who complained that in the present writ petitions some documents, which said to have been forged, have been filed is recorded.
4. The Registry is permitted to address the District Legal Services Authority, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, directing continuation of the enquiry and stating that the enquiry should proceed in accordance with law.
5. With these observations, the instant Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
