2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has six previous cases and he has complied with the conditions only for 21 days, out of which, he has been absent for seven days. 3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11511 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11778 of 2023 is relaxed.
