This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action and dispose the CSR No.332/2025 dated 20.04.2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.According to the petitioner, he sent a complaint to the respondent police against the 3rd respondent. Though CSR No.332/2025 has been registered, thereafter, the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that CSR No.332/2025 is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass orders.

5.Recording the said submission that enquiry in CSR No. 332/2025 is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry in CSR No.332/2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.
6.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
