To call for the records and set aside the judgment passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, (Presiding Officer, Spl.Court for E.C Act) Pudukkottai in S.C.No.1 of 2020 dated 27.09.2021 and acquit the appellants herein.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.PRASANNA VINOTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4115/2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.453/2021, dated 30.03.2022.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 05.04.2022 till today.
4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
