ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide permission to the Petitioner and his clan members namely ''Karuthavadi'' to participate in the ''Vaikasi Kalari Festival'' scheduled to be held on 09.06.2017 at '' Muthukaruppanasamy Temple'',Kuruvaikulam Village, M.Puthukulam Group, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that in the Peace Committee Meeting convened on 6.6.2017, the Petitioner also participated and they have decided to celebrate the festival on 09.06.2017. It is further submitted that the Petitioner is having an apprehension to conduct the festival on the same date and hence,he wants to approach the third respondent/The Tahsildar,Thiruchuli, Virudhunagar District to have the function on the next day.

5.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the third respondent, for any remedy. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
