ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Challenging the order of the 4th respondent dated 19.04.2025, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3.Though larger relief has been sought for by the petitioner in this petition, today (29.04.2025), when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if

the representation made by the petitioner is directed to be considered and disposed of by the respondents within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court. 4.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.A.Albert James, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the respondents 2 to 4. 5.Considering the request made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner either in the representation or in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, we direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.04.2025 once again after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law by today (29.04.2025) itself.

6.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the 1st respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 2 to 4 are directed to inform this order to the respondents immediately over phone or through electronic message.
