ORDER

(Judgment of this Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH. J.,) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that instead of conducting new election, the stage at which the earlier election was stopped may be directed to be proceeded with. 3.This was the decision made by the Election Commission by the communication dated 09.08.2018. It was decided that in the cases, where nomination was already over, further process would start from that stage onwards.

4. In such view of the matter, this petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No.15898 of 2018 is closed.
