Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent herein to strictly follow the terms and conditions of various Central Rate Contract issued by the 1st respondent and further graciously pleased to direct the 1st respondent to take stringent action against the against the 3rd and 4th respondents for not following the terms and conditions of the Central Rate Contract and Regulate the same.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to follow the terms and conditions of Central Rate Contract.

2. The dispute relating to the contractual obligations cannot be decided in a writ proceedings. If at all any grievances exist regarding violations of any of the terms and conditions of the contract, the petitioner has to approach the competent forum under law. 2/4

3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
