This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to remove the electric transformer pole erected in the petitioner's property situated in S.No.1547, Ondipulinaickanoor Village, Virudhunagar Taluk and District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the electric transformer pole is not erected in the petitioner's property situated in S.No. 1547, Ondipulinaickanoor Village, Virudhunagar Taluk and District at all.
