ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and the property situated in S.No.20B15 and 20B16, Vasantha Nagar, Thirupprangundram Main Road, Thirupprangundram Taluk, Madurai-625 003 to an extent of 95 cents and to take appropriate action against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.09.2020 in accordance with law.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10683 of 2020 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the third respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.No.R3/35998/1792//NBC/S3PS/2020 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
