When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been rejected by the Director General of Prisons and Correctional Services through the proceedings dated 11.06.2026 and a copy of the same was also placed before this Court.
2. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
