Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to issue free patta in favour of the petitioner by implementing the Resolution vide No.93, dated 24.06.2008 passed by the 8th respondent under the scheme of Government with respect to the petitioner's property of vacant and barren land comprising in Survey No.164/11 constituting 0.28.5 ares situated at Thathankulam, Mattapparai Panchayat, Kalladippatti Post, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to issue free patta in favour of the petitioner by implementing the Resolution vide No.93, dated 24.06.2008 passed by the 8th respondent under the scheme of Government with respect to the petitioner's property of vacant and barren land comprising in Survey No.164/11 constituting 0.28.5 ares situated at Thathankulam, Mattapparai Panchayat, Kalladippatti Post, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 by producing a copy of the memorandum issued by the fourth respondent would submit that the request of the petitioner has been rejected by the fourth respondent on 19.11.2020. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the copy of the memorandum has not been furnished to the petitioner.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 7, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known 2/4

to law. The fourth respondent is expected to furnish a copy of the same by speed post or registered post to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in order to work out her remedy in accordance with law. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
