ORDER
The petitioner challenges the online rejection of the petitioner's application by the first respondent by SMS on 05.04.2025.
2. Admittedly, the petitioner has not been given any opportunity or prior notice before the said impugned order came to be passed.
3. On the limited ground of deprivation of the fair opportunity to the petitioner, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remitted to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application on merits, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 to 5 and pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. No costs. 2/4
