ORDER
The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 23.02.2024 passed in WP(MD)No.8772 of 2023, wherein this Court had directed the authorities to complete the enquiry on or before 15.05.2024 and incase the enquiry could not be completed, to reinstate the petitioner in service by revoking the order of suspension.
2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the contemnors that by way of 2/4
G.O.Ms.No.96, Energy (D2) Department, dated 03.10.2024, final orders have been passed in the disciplinary proceedings, dismissing the writ petitioner from service.
3. In view of the aforesaid order passed by the authorities concerned, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
