O R D E R

The petitioner challenges the order of the Tahsildar, in Na.Ka.No. 356/2024/A4 dated 30.05.2024.

2.Heard Mr.S.Sarvagan Prabhu, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the competent authority is the second respondent, Revenue Divisional Officer, who in turn, forwarded papers to the third respondent. The third respondent instead of conducting enquiry and forwarding report, has passed final orders. The matter, admittedly, pertains to correction in UDR records. 4.In the light of the above, the impugned order is liable to be set 2/4

aside and accordingly, set aside. The first respondent shall re-hear the petitioner's application for issuance of patta and pass final orders taking into account any reports of the second and third respondents. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
