ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is innocuous. 2.The petitioner is a devotee of Arulmigu Muthumariamman Temple, Karaipatti Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District. According to the petitioner, there is no proper person to administer the Temple. The Temple ought to be administered by appointment of non-hereditary trustees, as per the provisions of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. However, the same has not been done. The petitioner has made a representation dated 10.03.2026, which has not been considered. 2/5
3.When the matter came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate, taking notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the third respondent will consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law.
4.In view thereof, the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2026 shall be taken up for hearing by the third respondent. An opportunity of hearing shall be given to the petitioner as well as to any other interested person and orders shall be passed in accordance with law. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a web copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
