This Criminal Original Petition has been filed tto direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam to expedite the trial in C.C.No.205 of 2016 and dispose the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent Police has registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No.864 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. After the investigation, the respondent police has filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.205 of 2016. Due to pendency of this case, the petitioner is unable to get appropriate job. Hence, he seeks to dispose the case as early.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11138 of 2022 4.Recording the submissions of the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam is hereby directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.205 of 2016, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
