Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner wants the property to be assessed to house tax. He also wants water connection. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would state that there are some impediments. I do not want to go into the merits of the matter. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass an order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
