(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J) The writ petitioner alleges that fourth respondent has put up an unauthorized construction. He gave a representation dated 31.03.2017. But, no action was taken. Therefore, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.We therefore direct the second respondent to initiate action in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2017. It is needless to state that the second respondent shall hear the affected parties before taking any action. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
