The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry.

When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submits that a case is registered as against the petitioner in Crime No.137 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 448, 323, 324 and 506(2) of I.P.C. This petitioner has filed an application for an anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.7960 of 2024 and the same is listed for hearing on 12.06.2024.
