ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to advertise about the petitioner's textile shop through Auto-rickshaw along with mike-set and put up Flex Board for his textile shop's advertisement in and around Alanganallur Town and surrounding villages from 01.10.2018 to 06.11.2018, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 28.09.2018. 2.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner, dated 28.09.2018 and permit the petitioner to put up the advertisement by imposing necessary conditions. petitioner is bound to comply with all the conditions imposed by the third respondent.
