Heard Mr.K.P.Sankarakumarakurubaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of separate patta based on the sale deed in favour of the petitioner's father and subsequent settlement deed executed in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner has made a written representation on 16.04.2025 seeking separate patta, however, it is seen that no online application has been made. 3.Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a necessary online application seeking separate patta and also pay the necessary charges, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being made by the petitioner, the petitioner's request shall be considered by 2/4

the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law and if necessary, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner and other pattadhars. The said exercise shall be carried out, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
