Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.R2/14589/2018 (Circular No.02/2019) dated 21.01.2019 and consequential order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/5121/2021 dated 18.06.2021 (served on 20.07.2021) and quash the same as illegal.

This writ petition is filed as against the order of transfer passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.R2/14589/2018, dated 21.01.2019 and consequential relieving order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/5121/2021, dated 18.06.2021.

2.Today(25.01.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submits that the petitioner has already joined duty on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD) No.13576 of 2021 26.07.2021 in the transferred place and he further submits that the petitioner is working in that place till now. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, no further order is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
