ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is running a shop for selling fire crackers. He was given explosive licence and the same expired on 31.03.2020 itself. He did not seek renewal in time. The petition mentioned application was submitted belatedly. Therefore, the question of renewal will not arise. The petitioner has to necessarily submit a fresh application to the second respondent and on such filing of the application, the same will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.
