This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.214 of 2023 on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that in this case, investigation is almost completed and a final report would be filed within a period of two weeks.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to file a final report within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and ensure that the final report is taken on file within a reasonable time.
