Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioners are figuring as accused in Crime No.319 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(2) of IPC. 3.The petitioners state that the matter has been amicably settled. The defacto complainant Thangaraj is present before this Court through video conferencing. The defacto complainant has no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11017 of 2020 objection for quashing the impugned FIR. The defacto complainant has been duly identified by his counsel. The Police also confirmed the amicable resolution of the issue.

4.Therefore, no purpose will be served by keeping the impugned FIR alive. It is accordingly quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
