Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is the father of the respondents 3 to 6. He seeks maintenance from them. He has moved the second respondent and filed a petition under the relevant provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007. W.P.(MD)No.12931 of 2022 petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
