The petitioner seeks limited relief of expeditious disposal of his pending appeal on the file of the 1st respondent. The petitioner has given a representation on 23.01.2025 seeking expeditious disposal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondent.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to hear the petitioner's appeal and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair opportunity to the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
