[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to shift the TASMAC Shop No.8051, which was opened on 07.04.2025, from T.S.No.2949/10G M.K.M. Thanjavur Town to some other alternative site.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent - TASMAC, on instructions, submitted that the subject shop has been closed.

3. In view of the above submission, no further orders are required in this writ petition and the same is, therefore, closed. No costs. [S.M.S., J.] [A.D.M.C., J.] 04.08.2025 NCC :
