PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complaint dated 23.07.2021, which is pending before the second respondent. O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complaint dated 23.07.2021, which is pending before the second respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by both sides, CSR Nos.189 and 190 of 2021 have been assigned and the same has been referred to Executive Magistrate to initiate proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C and the proceeding is pending.

3.Since proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C has been initiated, the petitioner has to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. It is stated that both the parties sustained injuries.
