ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner, her family and her family property by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2020.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.350/2020 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
