ORDER

This petition is filed to modify the order of the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, directing the petitioners to stay at Virudhunagar and to appear and sign before the Inspector of Police Virudhunagar Town Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of 30 days in Crl.M.P.No.2169 of 2023 dated 05.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the first petitioner is doing cable TV business and he finds it very difficult to go to Virudhunagar town police station.

3. For which, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor rather states that there are case, case in counter and one party is ordered to sign before the Sedapatti Police Station and other party is ordered to sign before the Virudhunagar Town Police Station. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

4. Considering the reasons put forth by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the submissions of Learned Public Prosecutor, it is ordered that the petitioners are directed to appear before the Peraiyur Police Station daily at 10 a.m., for the rest of the days. To that extend, the order in Crl.M.P.No.2169 of 2023 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge (i/c), Madurai is modified. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
