ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the District of consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil to dispose of the complaint in C.C.No.57 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid complaint is pending for the past 7 years and the same has been periodically adjourned, without any progress. 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent/Bank will co-operate for the disposal of C.C.No.57 of 2013.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the District of consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil shall dispose the C.C.No.57 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible without any delay. 5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
