This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take appropriate action on the representation dated 03.03.2025. 1/4

2.According to the petitioner, he sent a representation dated 03.03.2025 to the respondent against the private party, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the respondent, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.

5.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
