O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry and conclude the same based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, the petitioner sent a representation dated 23.12.2024, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner and the same is pending for enquiry by the second respondent. They will consider and take appropriate action within 15 days.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the respondents 3 and 4, is inclined to pass Page No. 2 of 4

orders.

5. Since the representation of the petitioner is under consideration by the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.

6. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
