ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.Heard Mr.A.Prabhu Selva Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.A.Albert James, learned Government Advocate for the second respondent. 3.The writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings issued by the first respondent dated 08.04.2025, thereby granting permission for 24X7 movement of boulders to work site at Neerodi and exemption from regular check up of 86 vehicles permission.

4.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submits that the order impugned in this writ petition itself has been cancelled by the first respondent vide proceedings dated 12.04.2025. 2/4

5.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
