PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.284 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 354A(1)(ii) and 506(1) IPC, in Crime No.284 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's daughter, namely, Jansirani is a deaf and dumb. The petitioner, by showing money, had asked her to come with him and sexually tortured her and also criminally intimidated her not to disclose the same. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.8670 of 2023 case and also the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
