COMMON PRAYER:Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the fourth respondent herein from evicting the petitioner from shop No.28, 10, 82 and 17 (Ground Rent Shop) at Pasumpon U.Muthuramalinga Thevar Memorial Bus Stand, Usilampatti without resorting and disposing the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 29.04.2023 on the file of the third respondent. In all petitions:
