(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. In the writ petition, the petitioner sought for a direction to the first and the second respondents to provide police protection for removing the Karuvelam Trees. When the case came up for admission on 08.06.2017, the Division Bench has directed the petitioner to implead the proper parties. Till date, the direction has not been complied with. police is present and produced copy of the petition received in respect of CSR No. 407 of 2017 wherein the complaint given by the petitioner was considered and it was known as a civil dispute. Considering efflux of time and that the proper and necessary parties have not been impleaded, we close the writ petition. However, we give liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate civil forum for necessary relief. No costs.
