By an order dated 07.06.2024, this Court directed the learned II Additional District Judge for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai to dispose of C.C.No.93 of 2024, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.166/2025, dated 24.03.2025, wherein, it requested further two months time to comply with the earlier order.
