Respondent(s) Prayer:- Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, preferred against the judgment and decree of the SUB JUDGE, MACT, KARUR, dated 12/02/2008 made in M.C.O.P.270/2007 DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal having come up for final hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Tribunal and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the Appeallant and this Court, doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) That the award passed by the SUB JUDGE, MACT, KARUR, dated 12/02/2008 made in M.C.O.P.270/2007 be and hereby is confirmed and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed.

(2) That the Appeallant herein/do deposit the entire award amount awarded by the Tribunal together with interest, after deducting the amount already deposited if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment.

(3) That on such deposit being made, the first respondent herein be and are hereby permitted to withdraw the entire award amount , on filing appropriate petition before the Tribunal.

(4) That there be no order as to costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
