********** This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition, dated 09.02.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3.The case of the petitioner is that aggrieved over the order passed by the second respondent in Ne.Mu.9055/2015(A1), dated 06.01.2017, he preferred a revision before the first respondent on 09.02.2017. Since the revision is not taken on file and disposed on merits, this writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has now preferred the revision before the first respondent and it would be disposed of in accordance with law. 5.In view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the revision filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law after providing opportunities to the necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of . No cost.
