ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent Nos.1 to 10 to take appropriate action against the Respondent Nos.11 and 12 to restrain them from carrying out the mining operation in Survey Nos.19/5C, 19/5D, Kannagudi Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 03.04.2025, in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Whenever the case is posted, each and every time, several allegations were raised by the petitioners. When the case was posted on 04-062025, a different plea was raised. Subsequently, when the case was posted on 05-06- 2025 and 09-06-2025, the petitioner raised a different plea. Thereafter, this Court directed the official respondents to ascertain whether the survey No.5C and 5D are coming within the purview of the Kannagudi village. 3.Now, it is represented that the survey number itself is wrong and the correct survey number is 19/5C and 19/5D for which an amendment petition is 3/6
also filed.
4.Now, it is represented by the official respondents that survey Nos. 19/5C and 19/5D does not belong to Kannagudi village at all and it comes within the purview of Keezhaiyur village. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petition itself is incorrect.
